Our leather products are all designed and made from natural materials. Each skin is unique in its own specific coloring, markings, and striations, and the surface is susceptible to scratching. Variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects. 

How to clean the leather bag?

In order to preserve its value and the beauty of your bag and leather goods, please observe the follow techniques for Care Guide:

– Avoid contact with water, grease, perfumes, makeup products and light coloured garments.

– If your bag or leather item should come into contact with water, do not wipe the leather. Rather dab it with a soft, neutral-coloured cloth to absorb the moisture.

– Avoid using commercial products meant for other uses, such as shoes polish, turpentine, oil, stain removers, alcohols or solvents. 

– Do not rub your bag with anything coarse or abrasive.

– If you bag becomes soiled, consult a specialist cleaner or your original place of purchase. 

– Stuff your bag with tissue paper to preserve its shape. Store it upright in the sac which accompanied it.

– It is recommend to clean the bag regularly to preserve the newness look of the bag and avoid deep stain. 

What to do when it get scratched?

Genuine leather is like human skin, it can get a scratch. It’s very important to treat with care. Although a scratch on leather cannot be removed, it does turn less obvious after time.
