Return policy

When you receive the bag and find that it has any defect or flaw, please don’t use it, take a photo and contact the local distributors at once. If the product is purchased online via official channel of brand, please contact us directly at LINE Official Account, facebook messages, Instagram Direct, or email contact@alandco.store

Please note that the product can only be exchanged or returned under the condition of unused. Shipping for return products will be upon AL&CO, while shipping for exchange will be charged to the Customer in a sum listed in section Shipping rates. The refunded payment method is the same as the original payment method. Any obvious signs of being used will stop the process of exchange and return.

Shipping rates

Shipment costs will be charged to the Customer in a sum as listed below. There will be a Delivery Standard (“D/S”) for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, processing, transport and handling. Delivery times are not guaranteed, but our best approximation. D/S is subject to change and will be determined at time of Order and subject to the following:

For shipping within Thailand, orders will be shipped using local courier service and delivered within 2 working days. 

For international shipping, orders will be shipped using Thailand Post for standard delivery (7-9 working days) or DHL for express delivery (1-2 working days). Shipping cost depends on destination and weight of the parcel. Customer can check with the brand prior making online orders.

During dynamic or uncertain situation like Covid-19 situation, there may be adjustment to delivery time due to shortage of flights or working hours.
